Pumpkin Pie Butter Cookies (Shorts Friday)

In the month of December WellingtonNZ runs an advent calendar that gives you various vouchers to enjoy the goodness Wellington has to offer. This year, they’ve also introduced a vending machine. You give it a little knock and get a little present. They post their next location on Instagram.

On Thursday my daughter and I went to the location and got there ten minutes before the opening time of 11am. We timed it well. The queue grew quickly behind us and even went around the park. It moved rapidly and it was our turn to knock on the vending machine. Jaime got a jar of Fix and Fogg’s Pumpkin Pie Butter, and I got a bar of Wellington Chocolate Factory’s Peru Dark Chocolate.
